MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: ENV-2018-2802. ENV-2018-2802-A. ENV-2018-2802-B. ENV-2018-2802-C. ENV-2018-2802-C1. ENV-2018-2802-D. ENV-2018-2802-D1. ENV-2018-2802-D2. ENV-2018-2802-E. ENV-2018-2802-F. ENV-2018-2802-G. ENV-2018-2802-G1. 15481-15491 Ventura Blvd; Encino- Tarzana. CD5. Project includes demolition & removal of existing 1-& 2-story, 70-room motel & associated ancillary restaurant space & surface parking & development of Project Site with a 6-story, 159-roomhotel (78,962sf), with surface parking, 1 level of aboveground parking, & 1 level of subterranean parking to accommodate164 vehicle parking spaces. Additionally, Project would provide 16 short-term bicycle parking spaces & 156long-term bicycle parking spaces. Maximum height of hotel would be 74 feet & 8 inches aboveground surface. Project would include removal & replacement of 12 palm trees in accordance with City’s tree replacement requirements & would require approximately 13,000 cubic yards of export during construction phase.
