Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents. This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: (ENV-2017-5203) ENV-2017-5203-A. ENV-2017-5203-B. ENV-2017-5203-C. ENV-2017-5203-D. ENV-2017-5203-E. 457, 461, 465 & 467 W Del Norte St. CD1. Project proposes new construction of 4 single-family residences with 3-story each & 4 detached carports on 4 vacant lots. 1st residential development at 457 Del Norte St is a 2,235-sf, 44 ft. 9 in., 2-car carport. 2nd at 461 Del Norte St is a 2,270-sf, 45 ft., 2-car carport. 3rd at 465 Del Norte St is a 2,236-sf, 45 ft., 2-car carport. 4th at 467 Del Norte St is a 2,199-sf, 44 ft. 11 in. 2-car carport. Project involves hillside grading of approx. 366 cubic yards of soil cut & export. Project involves removal of a total 28 trees & shrubs, including 14 Protected Trees (13 California Walnuts & 1 California Oak), 2 Protected Shrubs (Toyon) & 12 Significant Trees. 3 Protected Trees (California walnuts) & 3 Significant Trees will remain on site.
