Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents. This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Negative Declaration (ND). Documents are also available online at the Dept. of City Planning’s website http://cityplanning.lacity.org/development-services/negative-declaration-public-notices. CD indicates the Council District, sf indicates square feet.

NEGATIVE DECLARATION: ENV-2020-5408, ENV-2020-5408-A, ENV-2020-5408-B, ENV-2020-5408-C, ENV-2020-5408-D. 6437, 6443, 6445, & 6439 W. Sunset Boulevard; CD13. Project involves demolition of existing retail & office uses at 6437-6445 Sunset Blvd & construction of a new 173-ft, 13-story hotel containing 175-rooms & up to 11,400 sf of restaurant/bar/lounge area at various locations including a partially covered roof deck. Project includes 4 parking spaces on the ground level & 68 parking spaces in three above ground levels.
