Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents. This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). Documents are also available online at the Dept. of City Planning’s website http://cityplanning.lacity.org/development-services/negative-declaration-public-notices. MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: ENV-2018-1130. ENV-2018-1130-A. ENV-2018-1130-B. ENV-2018-1130-C. ENV-2018-1130-D. 434,438,442 & 458 W James St; Northeast Los Angeles. CD1. Project is the construction, use & maintenance of 4 single-family dwellings, each with a total floor area of approx.1,840 sf on 4 vacant lots with a total area of 15,142.6 sf. Project proposes to cut 2,000 cubic yards across 4 lots & a haul route to export a total of 2,000 cubic yards of soil. No fill or import of soil is proposed. Removal of 5 Protected Trees from 3 of the 4 lots is proposed. There is a total of 11 Southern California black walnut trees on-site, all of which are considered Protected Trees under the Los Angeles Municipal Code. Please call (213)978-1182 to review file.
