occupied by a Rite-Aid pharmacy store & is currently vacant, & an
accompanying surface parking lot for construction, use, & maintenance of a
new 3,468 sf 1-story drive-through fast-food restaurant & surface parking
lot. Restaurant will include 47 indoor seats & 83 outdoor seats & will
feature 2 parallel drive through lanes. Project will provide 35 vehicle parking
spaces. Subject property is located at southwestern corner of Sunset Blvd &
McCadden Pl & includes Assessor’s Parcel Numbers
