Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents. This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declarations (MND). MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: ENV-2021-4711. ENV-2021-4711-A.  ENV-2021-4711-B. ENV-2021-4711-C. ENV-2021-4711-D. ENV-2021-4711-E. ENV-2021-4711-F. ENV-2021-4711-F1. ENV-2021-4711-G. 6726-6740 W Sunset Blvd, 1434 N McCadden Pl; Hollywood. CD13. Project consists of demolition of an existing 15,974 sf commercial building, which was formerly occupied by a Rite-Aid pharmacy store & is currently vacant, & an accompanying surface parking lot for construction, use, & maintenance of a new 3,468 sf 1-story drive-through fast-food restaurant & surface parking lot. Restaurant will include 47 indoor seats & 83 outdoor seats & will feature 2 parallel drive through lanes. Project will provide 35 vehicle parking spaces.
