Notice is hereby given to the general public of the availability for public review and comment on the following Environmental documents. This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Negative Declaration (ND). ENV-2022-6550-F4. ENV-2022-6550-F5. 3850-4108 N Mission Rd. CD14. Project is a haul route that would import of approx. 344,000 cubic yards of soil to partially fill in a single-level subterranean parking level & basement areas associated with existing warehouse & office buildings (the remainder of fill will come from on-site sources).
