Project Description:
Construction, use, and maintenance of a new 3-story, 59-unit hotel w/ kitchenettes (TORS) located in the Jefferson Park HPOZ zoned C2-1-O-HPOZ-CPIO.
Requested Entitlement:
Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.24 U.4 a Class 3 CUP for a 59-unit hotel w/kitchenettes. Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.24 W.27 a Class 2 CUP for relief from commercial corner standard (landscape buffer). Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.28 an Adjustment requesting a allow 0-foot side yard setback in lieu of the required 6 foot side yard setback, allow 5 foot side yard in lieu of the required 6 foot setback, and to allow a 10 foot rear yard setback in lieu of the required 15 foot rear yard setback as required by the C2-1-O-HPOZ Zone. Pursuant to LAMC Section 16.05 a Project Review for a project proposing 59 guest rooms. Pursuant to LAMC Section 13B.8.7 of Ch. 1A a Certificate of Compatibility with the Jefferson Park HPOZ.
