Requested Entitlement:
Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.22 A.25 a Density Bonus incentive program development with ED1 processing and the following 5 off-menu incentives and 1 waiver of development standard:
1) a 0-6.25 FY setback in lieu of the prevailing setback per snap
2&3) 3 foot 1 inch side yard setbacks in lieu of 8 feet
4) an FAR of 4.12:1 in lieu of 3:1
