Requested Entitlement:
Pursuant to Directive Executive 1 (ED 1) and LAMC 12.22 A.25, a Density Bonus program for the construction of a new 6-story, 60'-4'' high, 39-unit, 100% affordable apartment building, with a 680% density increase, an on-menu incentive of 35% FAR increase to 4.05:1, four off-menu incentives including 100% reduction in required open space, westerly side yard setback reduction to 5 ft in lieu of 8 ft, easterly side yard setback reduction to 5 ft in lieu of 8 ft, 100% reduction in bicycle parking.
