Requested Entitlement:
Pursuant to GCS 65915 and LAMC 12.22 A.25 (g)(2), a Density Bonus Compliance Review and Executive Directive 1 (ED 1) to allow the construction of a 100% affordable 4-story 34-unit multifamily buiding with the following off-menu incentives:
