Requested Entitlement:
PURSUANT TO LAMC 12.22 A.31 A TOC TIER 3 PROJECT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, USE, AND MAINTENANCE OF A 75 FT, 7 STORY APARTMENT BUILDING CONTAINING 36 UNITS, WITH 4 UNITS SET ASIDE FOR EXTREMELY LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS. ALSO REQUESTING TWO ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES TO PERMIT A SIDE AND REAR YARD OF 5FT IN LIEU OF THE OTHERWISE 10 FT AND 9 FT, RESPECTIVELY; AND TO ALLOW UP TO A 25% DECREASE IN THE REQUIRED OPEN SPACE FOR THE PROVISION OF 3,116 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE IN LIEU OF THE OTHERWISE REQUIRED 3,700 SQ FT. PURSUANT TO LAMC 13.08 A COMMUNITY DESIGN OVERLAY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES OF THE ECHO PARK COMMUNITY DESIGN OVERLAY DISTRICT.
