100% AHIP project for the construction of a 5-story, approx 56-foot, 21-unit multi-family bldg with zero automobile parking spaces located in the R3-1 Zone.
Requested Entitlement:
Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.22 A.39 an Affordable Housing Incentive Program project requesting 3 off-menu incentives. 1. Reduce the front yard to 8 feet in lieu of 15 feet, reduce rear yard to 8 feet in lieu of 15 feet, and reduce northerly side yard to 5 feet in lieu of 8 feet. 2.
