Access to the City Planning Online Application Portal requires an Angeleno account.

If you have used the Online Application Portal before but have not registered for an Angeleno account, we recommend using the same email address to retain access to your previously submitted projects.

To sign up for an Angeleno account, reset your password, or manage your account, please visit https://angeleno.lacity.org. Once completed, return to the Online Application Portal.

Note: If you encounter login issues, clearing your browser history may help resolve the problem. Planning IT staff do not have access to Angeleno accounts and cannot assist with Angeleno-account related issues.
