The City Planning Online Application Portal is using the new City of Los Angeles Angeleno Account to provide a secure and easy way to access the portal.

This new way of registering and logging in with the city will also provide Angelenos access to manage and track other City online services in the future.

For issues related to linking your Angeleno Account with your existing Online Application Portal account, please email planning.oas-angeleno@lacity.org and include the Project Owner’s email and/or Primary Project Address.

For Angeleno account password reset, please go to https://angeleno.lacity.org and select “Login” then “Need Help signing in.” Come back Planning Online Application Portal to login after you successuflly reset your password.
