Help with OAS (Online Application System)
If you're having issues with the Online Application System (OAS), try these initial troubleshooting steps first before submitting a support request.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- This can fix loading or login issues caused by outdated files.
- Follow instructions from your browser’s help page:
- Use a supported browser
- OAS works best on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- Newer versions fix bugs and improve compatibility.
- Update your browser through its settings or use these links:
- Restart your computer
- This can clear out temporary errors or system conflicts.
Working with PDF Files
OAS supports PDF uploads up to 100MB. If your file is larger, please reduce its size or split it into smaller parts.
Reduce PDF File Size
Use Adobe’s Compress PDF tool :
- Open the Compress PDF page .
- Upload your file and choose compression level.
- Download the smaller PDF.
Split a PDF into Smaller Files
Use Adobe’s Split PDF tool :
- Open the Split PDF page .
- Upload your file and set split points.
- Download the separate PDFs.
Tips
- Keep a backup of the original file.
- Check the final PDFs for readability.
