Development of Parcel "Q" of the Grand Avenue Project to include up to 500 residential units, up to 284,000 square feet of commercial and retail uses, and 315 hotel guest rooms. This addendum is to evaluate potential environmental effects associated with modifications to the already-approved Grand Avenue Project. These modifications are related to tree removal and replacement, and a requested Haul Route application. This was originally a project of the Grand Avenue Authority, so there is no separate case number for the EIR.
