Dr. Laura Dominguez

Commissioner Dominguez is a historian and postdoctoral fellow with the USC-Huntington Early Modern Studies Institute. In her public-facing work, she specializes in co-creating culturally relevant partnerships and projects in California and the West. She has previously worked with San Francisco Heritage, the Los Angeles Conservancy, and the National Park Service. She is a co-founder of Latinos in Heritage Conservation and has served on the Board of Trustees of the California Preservation Foundation and as a member of the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office Civic Memory Working Group. Ethel Rubio

Commissioner Rubio is the principal consultant of Ethel G. Rubio, Assoc. AIA specializing in project and construction management; and strategic outreach and development since 2017. As a certified ENVISION Sustainability Professional and global ENVISION Trainer with the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, she advocates and teaches the importance of cultural preservation in communities as it relates to infrastructure projects.

Barry Milofsky

Partner in M2A (Milofsky and Michali) Architects in Los Angeles, bringing over 40 years of experience in coordinating complex historic preservation and urban development projects.
