Notice of Preparation of an EIR & Notice of Scoping Meeting

On February 16, 2017, the City is hosting an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Scoping Meeting for the purpose of collecting comment from responsible agencies and stakeholders regarding the environmental topics that should be analyzed in the EIR for the Proposed Project. 

The Proposed Project includes the updates to the Downtown Community Plans (Central City & Central City North), adoption of the “Downtown Zoning Code” – revisions of the Los Angeles Municipal Code as part of the re:code LA project and its first major component - and the revisions to General Plan Elements, necessary to implement the above.
