The Project proposes the redevelopment of the 444-acre Project Site through the Five Points Union Specific Plan, which would allow for approximately 400,000 square feet of commercial and recreational development on the northern portion of the site, and up to approximately 6 million square feet of industrial development on the southern portion of the site. All existing uses would be removed and the site would be remediated prior to the construction of new buildings and site improvements
