Final Environmental Impact Report
Project Description: The Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) examines, analyzes, and presents the potential environmental impacts of the proposed adoption of the General Plan Framework, Transportation Improvement and Mitigation Program (TIMP), and related Planning and Zoning Code Amendments by the City of Los Angeles, California. The proposed General Plan Framework, TIMP, and implementation programs represent and are referred to as the "project" as defined in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970. Growth tables in the Plan (Table 2-2) are rounded to the nearest thousand. However, the EIR uses non-rounded numbers due to computer modeling. For purposes of "Policy", the rounded numbers will be utilized.
