To facilitate a responsive and streamlined recovery effort, the City of Los Angeles opened a consolidated LA One-Stop Rebuilding Center to help Angelenos rebuild the homes and businesses they lost due to the Palisades fires. As outlined in Mayor Bass’ Emergency Executive Order 1, the Permitting Center serves as a centralized location for residents, businesses, and contractors to apply for any permits related to rebuilding and receive in-person assistance.
