LACP hosted a session of Pacoima Beautiful’s 10 week People’s Collaborative Academy program for students wishing to delve deep into the land use history and issues affecting Pacoima and Los Angeles at large. LACP centered its session on the history and statistics of the housing crisis before soliciting feedback and discussion on the six core strategies of the CHIP.
