Draft Community Plan Policy Documents Release

The Southeast Valley Community Plans Update team is proud to release the Draft Policy Documents for the following three Community Plans: North Hollywood - Valley Village, Sherman Oaks - Studio City - Toluca Lake - Cahuenga Pass, and Van Nuys - North Sherman Oaks!

These documents contain bold and aspirational goals for the community that were heard throughout our community outreach efforts and will help to steer future development towards community-centered outcomes. Upon adoption, these documents will align local policies with existing city and statewide programs, while also covering a diversity of topics from policies around Valley Greenways to local economic development incentives.
