The Proposed Modification to the Wilmington-Harbor City Community Plan Update, which was scheduled to be heard at the City Planning Commission (CPC) meeting on Jan. 9, 2025 (Notice of Cancellation), was postponed until Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.
The CPC will hold an in-person public hearing on the requested modifications Thursday, January 23, 2025, beginning after 8:30 a.m., with an opportunity to participate virtually. The CPC will consider modifications for the parcel at 1020 N. McFarland Avenue in the Wilmington-Harbor City Community Plan Update, which plan update was previously recommended for approval by the City Planning Commission at its February 8, 2024 meeting. Pursuant to City Charter Section 555(b), the hearing will be limited to the proposed amendments for this parcel. Participants may join the CPC hearing in-person at Van Nuys City Hall, online or by phone to offer testimony. The CPC Agenda will be available online no later than 72 hours before the January 23, 2025 meeting.
