In April 2024 the city hosted three webinars—including one Spanish and one Korean option—with live Q&A to detail the Housing Element Rezoning Program draft ordinances, including the Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) Ordinance, Housing Element Sites Ordinance, and Resident Protections Ordinance.
