Commissioner Collado leads grants, administration, and the Flow Fund for Climate Justice for the Panta Rhea Foundation. She has more than 20 years of experience with nonprofit direct service and grantmaking organizations in the areas of communications, artistic programming, community engagement, and grantmaking. Commissioner Collado has a master’s degree in arts management from the Claremont Graduate University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Francisco.

Commissioner Collado also currently serves as the co-chair for Visual Communications’ board of trustees. The mission of Visual Communications is to develop and support the voices of Asian American and Pacific Islander filmmakers and media artists. She formerly served as a trustee for FilAm ARTS (the Association for the Advancement of Filipino American Arts & Culture) and Little Manila Rising.  Commissioner Collado lives in Council District 12 with her partner and their very active toddler.
