The Hollywood Community Plan was recently updated in January 2025.

The Community Plan area includes the neighborhoods of Hollywood, Los Feliz, East Hollywood, and Griffith Park, and various hillside communities, among others.

City Planning is in the process of updating the Zone Information and Map Access System (ZIMAS) to reflect zone changes, general plan amendments, and other various implementing ordinances. Please refer to the map gallery below or contact planning staff for more information. Please refer to the Council File 21-0934 for the Hillside Construction Regulations, SNAP, and Hollywood Redevelopment Plan Ordinances.
