In September 2026, Planning documents were transmitted to the City Clerk (CF 26-1355) including the Letter of Determination and exhibits. This transmittal begins the process of being scheduled for hearings before the Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee and full City Council for adoption. Orange (G) Line Transit Neighborhood Plan at City Planning Commission
On June 25, 2026, City Planning presented the Orange (G) Line Transit Neighborhood Plan to the City Planning Commission (CPC). The CPC meeting utilized a hybrid format, meeting in person at Van Nuys City Hall Council Chamber with remote participation available via Zoom.

Los Angeles City Planning conducted a virtual Public Hearing for the Orange (G) Line Transit Neighborhood Plan (OLTNP) on Wednesday March 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Neighborhood Council Meetings
The Orange (G) Line TNP team presented to the Neighborhood Council Land Use Committees that overlap with the planning area. These included Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, and Greater Valley Glen Neighborhood Councils.
General Plan Land Use & Zoning Office Hours
Los Angeles City Planning hosted both virtual and in-person office hours throughout the month of February. Office hours give local residents and stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions about the draft proposed plan, and give feedback in a one-on-one or group discussion setting.
