Dr. Laura Dominguez

Commissioner Dominguez is a historian and postdoctoral fellow with the USC-Huntington Early Modern Studies Institute. In her public-facing work, she specializes in co-creating culturally relevant partnerships and projects in California and the West. She has previously worked with San Francisco Heritage, the Los Angeles Conservancy, and the National Park Service. She is a co-founder of Latinos in Heritage Conservation and has served on the Board of Trustees of the California Preservation Foundation and as a member of the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office Civic Memory Working Group. Jacob Saitman

Commissioner Saitman has dedicated his professional career to the renewable energy industry specializing in asset management, specifically the commercial operation of utility-scale power plants. With over 10 years of relevant experience, he brings knowledge and expertise to the City Planning Commission in areas such as land use, regulatory policy, risk management, and environmental health and safety. A native Angeleno from the San Fernando Valley, he moved to Massachusetts to attend Boston University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance.

Phyllis Klein

Phyllis Klein has more than 35 years of experience in real estate finance, with a focus on multifamily housing. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Agency Production at Capital One, overseeing origination for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA programs.

Prior to Capital One, Ms. Klein spent 18 years at Fannie Mae in several leadership roles, including Head of Production for Large Borrowers and Seniors Housing and Head of Marketing and Communications.

Giovanni Zuniga

Giovanni Zuniga is the Public Policy Manager for Pathways LA, a nonprofit and Resource and Referral agency in downtown Los Angeles, where he advocates for policy and systems changes that improve access to quality, affordable early learning settings for children across California. He works closely with decision makers to advance equity-driven policies, and helps develop family engagement programs that amplify the voices of those most impacted by systemic inequailty. Prior to his time as Public Policy Manager, he worked as Field Representative for Assemblymember Mike A.

Joe Goldman

An LA native, Joe Goldman is a seasoned policy advocate, strategist, and fundraiser. For nearly six years, he served as the regional Community Engagement Director at HIAS, the world’s oldest international humanitarian agency supporting refugees of all backgrounds. He has also held roles at MAZON, JCRC Bay Area, and worked on numerous political campaigns and progressive initiatives. Passionate about his hometown, Joe seeks out pathways for sustainable growth so future generations can thrive in the city that shaped him. A graduate of The George Washington University with both a B.A.

Myanna Dellinger

An award-winning legal researcher, attorney, and Fulbright Scholar, Myanna Dellinger, M.Sc., J.D., PhD, graduated at the top of her law school class, Order of the Coif, in 2008. She was a tenured law professor teaching business law, natural resources law, and climate change law and policy for more than a decade. She served as the Director of Climate Resilience and Sustainability for a nonprofit entity in Pasadena for four years. She now serves as a temporary judge for the Superior Court of California and as commissioner for the City of Los Angeles. Originally from Denmark, Dr.

Commissioner Rosenstein is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Brookhill Corp., a Los Angeles based real estate asset management company. He is a 4th generation Angeleno and has a vast and diverse resume of civic and non- profit volunteer service in the Los Angeles area.

Sarah Johnson

Commissioner Johnson is the Executive Director of Pathway To Tomorrow, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
advancing affordable housing, environmental conservation, and water security in vulnerable
regions. She hosts and executive produces the Pathway Podcast, featuring conversations with
national and local leaders on innovative solutions to these global challenges.

Priscilla Chavez

Priscilla Chavez is a Los Angeles native and business development executive with over 15 years of experience advancing public infrastructure, equitable contracting, and workforce policy. She currently serves as Manager of Business Development for PCL Construction Services – California Buildings, where she leads strategic pursuits across civic, education, and private sector markets. Her expertise spans preconstruction planning, entitlement strategy, workforce integration, and stakeholder alignment, developed through years of guiding complex, multi-agency projects in Southern California.
