Southeast Valley Community Plan Update
 

As the OLTNP is being developed, a broader rezoning effort is also taking place. The Southeast Valley Community Plan Updates mark the first time in more than 20 years that the Van Nuys-North Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood-Valley Village, and Sherman Oaks-Studio City-Toluca Lake-Cahuenga Pass Community Plan Areas are being comprehensively reviewed and updated. The Department recommends that interested hosts consult these documents before applying for a Home-Sharing Registration License to avoid citations for being out of compliance with City regulations.
